Training for the electronics industry has grown rapidly in recent years following industry recognition of the advantages of having staff who are up to date with the latest technologies and methodologies.
In order to service the requirements of customers based in continental Europe, Leading Edge in collaboration with Advanced Rework Technology (ART UK) has announced the opening of a joint training centre in Bergamo, Italy: ART Europe – Leading Edge Training.
Thanks to the presence of a group of highly qualified instructors with many years of experience both in Italy and the UK, ART Europe – Leading Edge Training is one of only two training centres in the world able to deliver all IPC courses including the extensions J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 for space applications as well as the CID (Certified Interconnect Designer) and CID+ (Certified Interconnect Designer Advanced) certifications.
